The Tidioute #35 Churchill pattern from Great Eastern Cutlery is a handsome, handy worker that won’t weigh you down. It’s a truly classic straightforward two-blade design. Outfitted with a large primary user blade paired with a small backup blade.Â
The #35 with Maroon Linen Micarta is brand new direct from GEC.
The Blades:Â For every day utility, the Churchill offers nearly 2.5 inches of plain cutting edge on its primary clip blade. It’s quite smooth opening, no half stop, with a machine satin finish. To compliment the clip is a small coping blade opening from the opposite bolster. It also has no half stop, but is ultra smooth operating. Both are crafted from easy-sharpening 1095 high carbon steel.
The Handle:Â Handsome maroon linen micarta scales are smooth and dark, pinned to brass liners. The Churchill is accented with polished nickel silver bolsters and a single hot dog shield on the front.Â
Each comes shipped in wax paper with travel tube featuring company information on the front.Â
